By accessing our website or buying our products, you agree to the terms in the privacy policy and any other agreements we have with you. If these agreements consist of terms that conflict with this privacy policy, the agreements’ terms will prevail. This privacy policy doesn’t govern any practices of entities that our company doesn’t own, manage, or control.

Siha & Afia International’s is responsible for safely managing, protecting, and processing any personal information you provide us with. The company will only collect, use, and disclose your personal information in accord with this privacy policy.

 Siha & Afia International may collect, use, or disclose personal information provided from you on behalf of you in connection with your access to the services and/or third-party offerings. The reasons are: –

  • To adequately understand and meet your preferences, and to provide you with the services and/or third-party offerings.
  • For purposes related to troubleshooting, solving disputes, replacement, updating our facilities, deactivation, maintenance, support, and billing.
  • To better understand, assess, and predict your interests, preferences, while combining this information to customize and enhance your experience.
  • To ensure these services are effectively functioning as required and to assist in troubleshooting issues.
  • To facilitate access and use of facilities and third-party offerings.

  • To offer emergency help in situations that can threaten the physical safety of your or other people (e.g., in the case of hacking).

Returns

The items have to be in its original packaging, along with the corresponding receipt and delivery note. Please make sure that returns are in their original condition, without any defects (e.g., ripped or any damage).

Please note that we don’t accept returns or issue refunds for products that are damaged or have been already opened.

Shipping info

Siha & Afia International currently delivers its products across UAE. Shipping costs are AED 10 for Dubai and other Emirates it is AED 25 per order.

Warehouse Pick up is free, but Customer needs to come and collect the product from our warehouse, click here for warehouse location.

Siha & Afia International delivers within seven working days. We are open Saturday through Thursday from 8 am to 6 pm in case you want to track your order.
